You’ve been carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs.


On the outside, you’re accomplished, capable, and composed. On the inside, you’re exhausted, guilty, and wondering when it will finally feel like
enough.

I know that feeling because I lived it.

For years, I abandoned myself. I pushed through the pain in my body. I ignored the quiet voice inside that told me I needed rest, compassion, and care.

I battled an eating disorder and carried chronic pain that doctors told me I just had to accept. And all the while, I was still trying to “prove” my worth by being everything for everyone else.

That way of living broke me down- body, mind, and spirit.

The turning point came when I realized this: self-abandonment is the deepest wound, and self-respect is the medicine.

When I stopped silencing my needs, when I learned to regulate my nervous system, when I chose to treat myself with the dignity I gave everyone else… everything shifted. My body began to heal. My guilt loosened its grip. For the first time, I felt peace inside my own skin.

Now, this is the work I dedicate my life to.

As a physical therapist and self-respect mentor, I combine the science of the body with the practice of self-compassion. I help women like you- women who look “together” on the outside but feel empty on the inside finally stop abandoning themselves.

My mission is simple:


-To guide you back home to yourself.
-To show you how to live without guilt, without constant stress, and without betraying your own truth.
-To help you stand in your worth, unapologetically.

Because when you respect yourself, everything changes. Your body feels lighter. Your voice gets stronger. Your life begins to feel like it’s truly yours.

And that’s what I want for you.
